I have used this app for several years with no problems, renewing my books, and searching for and reserving titles. Recently, I haven't been able to search or renew. I get error messages. I would have more use for a chocolate teapot than this app! I have tried logging out, switching my phone off, deleting the app, and reinstalling, to no avail. I emailed support but have received no reply.

As a disabled user I am able to use from the comfort of my home. Would be nice to give users options to set reminder/alarms to renew books on time especially if they have different due dates. Also I think users would benefit from a personal record/archive of their best books etc they've read or need to recall for the future. There has been no progress with this app which is really disappointing.

Would love to see this app improved as it's so convenient and I use it a lot. It can be really slow and the search function constantly disconnects & stops working. Also I personally think it'd be really nice to be able to view all my past loans as well as my current ones so I can look back at what I've read!
