can never get in contact with customer service if you need extra data costs. A fortune 🙄 you thought all calls are free, but they are not, and you don't get any free gifts like other places they give free data for long standing customer and data doesn't roll over like other contractors give.

I'm new to Tesco Mobile. This app is broken. Tried all usual remedies to no avail. Constant error messages when I try to change anything ie set up fingerprint security or PIN number security. Very poor introduction for me to this app. I just hope this isn't a red flag for the Tesco Mobile network in general!

Broken and unsafe 🤬 I've been trying to set up security by adding a pin and finger print but everytime I get this message "we are having technical issues try again later" I spoken to chat via phone and online nobody has a clue how to resolve the issue I can't recommend the App and sadly this reflects heavily negative towards Tesco mobile 😤 don't use the app it's has no security.
