It's been pretty good, had a few quid cashback. People complaining about the time it takes..... It's free cashback that you otherwise wouldn't have got anyway, does it matter that it takes 3 months to be confirmed? Sadly recently I've made several purchases through the link in the app meeting the t's & c's which I always read prior. Yet the app isn't tracking my purchases. Put in a missing cashback claim but they never seem to go anywhere. This could be a great app if not for this.

4 weeks to several months to payout according to their estimate. Not worth wasting time on. Added to that you need to chase the missing tickets & it takes 2-3 months before they'll pass any kind of insurance purchase back to the retailer. Constant log-in issues/bugs/crashes with the app. Not just me either, friends/family have all the same issues. Really not worth it anymore. Several months is a complete joke.

Its ok but not always recognizes your shopping. I have come back with new review as I wanted to claim my money from the app, but surprise, surprise, more than half of the amount is the comission for topcashback, which for me seems quite a lot! I get they also have expenses and salaries to pay, but taking half of the amount from people seems ridiculous that's why I won't use this app anymore, as there are many better ones out there, and won't claim my money either! Total waste of time.

Hey Iacob, we do not take commission from retailers for purchases made as we pass this all on to our members as cashback offers. We do have memberships on site which are optional and can be switched at anytime on the profile page via the memberships section. Best wishes Phil
