A very poorly designed app. It seems mostly designed to sell you more tickets ... providing any sort of service once you've bought one is a poorly thought out afterthought. Good luck finding your ticket because it is very far from obvious where it is. It IS there but dont leave it until youre on the queue ... I would recommend you allow 20+ minutes to find it.

App is fine if you are going to the concert. However, I wanted to transfer tickets to the members of my party and there was no transfer button to allow me to do this. I could Calendar or Share the event, or sell tickets but no transfer option. Causes undue stress trying to sort out another option.

Love all the secret hidden fees that Eventim has. Most expensive booking fee I've ever seen. And charging customers £2.50 "delivery fee" for their tickets to the app when it's the only option available? Bit cheeky if you ask me!
