I thought the app was a shortcut to contacting H4H to quickly book a service. It seems phoning them is quicker even though you may wait more than an hour in a queue. It's been nearly a week since I booked another repair for a leak, still haven't had a response. I get why H4H keep telling us to download the app or go online: they don't want tenants phoning them. Fair enough. But the app is only as good as the organisation that runs it, & if they don't respond then there is no point to it.

The worst app in the world from the worst London Borough Council in existence. Continually logs you out + crashes if screenshot. Never worked properly and now is knowingly left without update and in a dysfunctional state while system warnings say the app was designed for an earlier version of Android. Suggests you check developer's page for the relevant update. None available... Still... After all these years and Council Tax money - Ironically, related to the charge I was trying to pay today.

For the first time ever I've been able to book repairs and appointments are confirmed rapidly. Actually genuinely in shock. I'm not used to this level of efficiency from HH... it's unheard of.
