Needs an upgrade. It attributes itself to the wrong council. Should allow more than one picture as often it seems the cleaners can't find the specific place. Would be nice if action dates were met.

It's a good idea. It's a pity Northampton Council don't respond when you use it to report issues such as fly tipping. The council's poor responses make the app ineffective and not as useful as it could be.

This ought to be so easy to use but the categories aren't great and it frequently won't connect to complete a report. Very frustrating.

What's new
You can now report broken street lights, it's been added to the list of problem types. Just tell us the five digit number on the label of the street light and we'll get on it!
