The app is good and user friendly interface. I am giving 1 star less because lack of customize search option for any other sector which should be added to the date change option which is present. Just add an edit option wherein we could easily change and search any sector for any date.

I have booked a flight before lockdown, It got cancelled due to lockdown in the month of march, their cancellation charges are more than my ticket price, 10k was my ticket price and their cancellation charges are 15k. Why?it's okay if the money can't be refunded and it can be redeemed in my account, but these people are not answering my calls, and emails too.. after booking they didn't showed my ticket on their app, I went to their office too,but got to know that there's no office since 3years..

I feel like not giving a single star to you guys because this is really very bad you charged me for flight ticket and after 5mins called me back saying ticket cost went high so you need to pay more . Do you guys really think after confirming booking once any budy will pay extra amount ?. If you guys can't confirm the booking then why you keeping option for flight delete it from your app. This is really disappointing please refund money now I want to pay back my client.
