Not much useful,if a ticket is raised there is no proper tracking and after reporting a complaint if the staff is closed the ticket then user doesn't have option to reopen or comment or rate. There is no proper maintenance of app,after trying many times then only complaint is getting registered, getting error as please try after sometime.

Good app for taxes payment , pls change the heading of know/pay property tax to pay taxes ,because it has water tax also(not only property tax)
