Moca

Only using because Grab in Vietnam now forces users to go through Moca to make mobile payments to GrabPay. I tried adding two different credit cards to make the payments. One went through and one kept giving me an error. After scouring the app for a support email or number, I emailed them only for them to ask me for a screenshot. I sent them two in which I redacted the card number and my personal info only for them to reply to my email hours later and ask for my card information. Clearly, the developers and support don't understand how credit card or bank card security works, otherwise, why would they be asking for full credit card numbers over email. What a bloody joke. Deleting this app and recommend everyone just pay Grab fares directly with credit card or with cash. No one has time for this nonsense unless you want cyber thieves to steal your information and your money.

Ridiculous and like a scam! Got Moca activated, topped up, and then used the wallet to buy a Grab package successfully but when, right afterwards, u want to use Moca wallet to pay for the ride, Grab says ur wallet is disabled (so u cannot use any offer at all). Calling help centre, they say ur acc look normal and they dont know why, ask me to send screenshots and likewise to their tech assistance. Feel like I am a monkey pledging to use their service, haha, so goodbye.

Where to begin? Tried to set this up to use for Grab. It's damn near impossible. Won't accept ID (unless it's local Vietnamese?), I've tried about 3 times to try and get this working just so I don't have to pay cash but it's useless, brick wall every time. Don't waste your time.
