Best workout app I have found for making custom training programs. You can create custom instructions for the program, workout session, and for custom exercises. Only thing missing is notes for the week and built in exercises. But that is nitpicking :) Would love to see general 1RM stats for all the exercises. Not just barbell, even if it doesn't make much sense. It is just an easy way to see if my weight/rep combo is progressing. Plus include it in the logging screen.

Thanks for the kind words Jon! Sounds like Ill need to add a toggle to show 1RM stats for all exercises :) Ill also see what I can do with week and built in exercise notes, in hindsight that wouldve just made sense to include from the get-go!

I've used this app for years and it's done about 90 percent of what I need very well. I guess it's going under a revamp... My workout routines are gone. I have to use my history to pull up a workout. I changed settings to lbs but my past sets are kg so I'm not sure where to start without a calculation. Google fit sync is gone... I'm just a sad panda. This morning's workout is super frustrating. I guess if your a new user, this app is gonna be awesome. It does look slick now.

Hey Leon! You can run the import again through the apps settings (under the overflow menu); it asks you to specify kg/lb right before importing :) Google fit integration will return shortly, and no data should be lost in the process of updating - if thats not the case for you, please shoot me an email and Ill look into it!

This is the most straightforward workout tracker I've used for Android. The only thing I wish it had is the ability to use a desktop program or app to create workouts and sync those with the mobile app. It can be a little tedious adding a long term program that varies from week to week (percentages, variable reps and sets, etc.), but that's the only thing I can think of that would make this thing absolutely perfect for me.
