A little too straightforward for its usage; has a large room for improvement especially on user-friendliness side. It could get confusing even when paired with the website's help. When you get used to how it works though, the app is quite convenient. [Some issue] When trying to login the first time, it's unable to provide feedback and is left to loading. Then upon succeeding times of opening the app, it automatically and is continuously unable to connect (to their servers), be it a home/WiFi connection or mobile. If that happens, uninstall-reinstall the app.

The app was now back to it's original icon, which was good. Thought it took some time before they were able to update the app. But now, may fingerprint option wasn't working! It was working before and it's still enabled under settings. So I don't know why it wouldn't. Saves me time if I could just unlock my account using the fingerprint option and not manually typing it in.

Since the latest update, I can no longer access my account to check my balances. The finger print option no longer works . I was told to log-in with my password. After doing so, it said that a OTP is sent to my mobile phone and I need to enter the OTP that was sent to me. The problem is the latest BDO digital app has no FIELD where I could enter the OTP. When I pressed the NEXT button of this app, nothing happens at all. Pls fix this app or just return the old one coz it works.
