Keep saying, hold that thought, please log in again. I get to log in and get the pin number, and then it waits like 10 seconds, then tells me the above thing. I keep trying and getting the same thing over and over. Have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. So freaking frustrating. New customer

A useless app that doesn't work far more than it does. You just end up having to call the call centre which doesn't help on weekends and after hours. Not only does it add no value, it devalues the insurance product as a whole.

Useless app, none of the policy management features work, and not all my policies appear in the app. I just get an "Oops" message if I try to do anything. It's been like that for about 3 or 4 years now. It doesn't look like Youi has any plans to fix it.
