Undoubtedly the worst application on my phone. It seems Outsurance and FNB run a competition to see who can build the worst app. Login time is horrific - I am not sure whether it is frozen or struggling to connect. The app is constantly crashing. And SmartDrive is a battery drain. It is difficult to imagine how a company like Outsurance cannot invest resources to build something that actually works well.

Quick, easy and painless excercise to use their app for the vehicle inspection. It would be even more awesome if we could add items to cover via the app, instead of spending almost an hour over the phone to add just one item. It's the only thing holding me back from adding more of my items on cover. The call center process to add items to cover is very painfull and I dont have time for it.

The Smartdrive option is a great initiative and I've received a discount for driving well, which I'm very excited about. The only thing to remember is that this is not accurate. I absolutely never use my phone, but when someone else like my sister uses my phone for music, it logs it as me using my phone while I drive. The same thing for when being a passenger in someone else's car - the app tells me it's monitoring but it is not my car or my driving. I don't want to turn it off every time.

2. Select on Menu and then Settings.
3. Enable Passenger prompt.
