The app is really super convenient to use and shop with. Everything that you want and is not in store you'll definitely find it in the app. The only thing though is that if you have an occasion you need to attend, shop atleast 10 days before as your order needs to be shipped first and delivered to your preferred destination.

I find the app not user friendly. I can never see how much my balance is and how much I owe Mr Price in total. I tried to pay my account and couldn't find the bank details anywhere. I'm sure it's there but I'm having a hard time navigating or finding anything on the app

The worst shopping app ever! It crashes. It erases your basket. It gives errors when trying to purchase and click through and then you have to start all over again. I have literally just given up on a big basket and decided to shop somewhere else. I dont have time for this poorly designed and operated app and its issues. And based on the other 1 star reviews its the same issue and doesnt get fixed.
