90% of the time the app doesn't work. Continuous errors and riddled wire bugs. Extremely inconvenient. Leads to PARKING FINES!! Update 03/05/2024. This app is still complete garbage. The company should be investigated and liquidated. I'm convinced the errors are intentional. It's fraud. But it's the only option WSU uses for parking. Typical for universities.

App keeps freezing and crashing, and does not count parking time correctlly. The time counter counts to fast so if it says it will expire at 2:08 instead it expires at 1:40 something. The app shows map viewer over Africa every time I open it and I have to scroll through to buggy map that keeps freezing and zoom in on north Carolina to find my parking location. Also for some reason it's difficult to select 5 hours for parking, but not a difficult for 4 or 6 hours.

Absolutely horrendous app. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to double pay for my parking because the app doesn't register the first purchase so I have to go back an purchase it again. While I have two different transactions on my bank statement with no support from AMP to recover the funds. If you can find a different way to park I suggest that.
