Changing to 1 star. I've made several attempts to reach out to their customer service at Koo redressal regarding how to selfverify my account. Every time I got automated response back from bonbinate technology saying that someone will contact me shortly. No one ever contacted me back. I've got a bunch of useless ticket numbers but no resolutions. Not good customer service.

The app keeps hanging constantly and the translations are incorrect. Also, if I wish to edit my Koo then I am unable to do it. I am not able to edit my koo at all. Please fix these problems and make sure that the app is more user friendly.

Please solve the issue, videos are not playing, I can only play the videos after tapping on them and open them in a seprate window, that's annoying.
