I finally got it to work by clicking on monthly payment and ticking the box for monthly payment, confirming then before putting card details in go back to the previous page and you can then pick one time payment. The app needs to fix it's bugs immediately so people can donate more easily.

HOW TO DONATE >If you are having any issues with things not appearing, close & reopen app >At the login page, click sign up >Register & make sure that your country's flag is by your phone number, if you don't change it, you won't get the verification code >Skip address part >Type in the amount, it's automatically in USD >With the monthly payment option STILL ON, click disclaimer box, THEN change the option to one time payment if desired >Click national ambulance service >Enter card info & send

EDIT: fast dev reply, issues fixed for guest donations. Easy process now, 5 stars instead of one. INITIAL REVIEW: Broken. Exactly when it's most needed... Can't donate without registering. Can't register b/c ”phone or email is already used” even though it's my 1st time with Red Cross. Blank address won't work. Actual address won't work either, since the only options are Lebanese locations, but I'm on another continent. This is bad, and it's damaging to more people than just this user.
