Haven't really had any problems with the app, good service and very useful auto renew and top-up options, possible to save payment options and select different ones for each payment. The app also doesn't let you pay for something you're already using (maybe you forgot or think you're buying a different service), say internet - so you won't have to pay twice, that's a nice feature

slow AF; the view resets itself is you dare to switch to another app, so you can't confirm e-mail without another phone/computer; the features are scarce, you can barely manage basic stuff like the internet package; MAGTICOM itself is too expensive for the service quality—the internet connection is slow and unstable, and 1 GB/mo costs about $2; the spam SMSs are annoying and this app will not help you turn them off

The app is very slow. It just never loads properly, sometimes you can not even scroll through offers on main page. You will not be able to see any other stuff other than what is on the main page either. How long will this app stay like this🥲
