I like to arrange my recoveries on my phone before going in to the cargo places, and when the clerks tell me to sign in on the kiosk, I just play dumb and stare at them. 😆

I just downloaded it this morning and it won't even open up. All it does is go to a white screen with a blue bar across the top and stays like that. I have uninstalled and redownloaded it way to may times to count and because of this my company that I work for is getting screwed. What a waste of my time. If I could give this a negative 5 I would. EDIT: Sent the maker a email explaining the problem and no reply. It's been over 2 weeks now. This company isn't very customer friendly.

The app is dumb and American Airlines is dumb for putting it in. It saves No time at all it actually takes longer and adds a step for the driver only to do all the same stuff they did before as well. Thank God SW and Delta didn't follow suit.
