The process of uploading your certificates to the page is too long. There should be a feature to select multiple certificates however only one certificate can be uploaded at a go. Secondly, the app should also make room for people who in a way or the other cannot remember their password to reset it. The "recover password " option will not help entirely. There should also be a "forgot password " option for individuals to reset their passwords totally,

This app is really not helping at all , I have been asked to re- upload my workshop which I did but isn't successful, I can't even delete the old one so I decided to uninstall the old app and installed a new one hm I should have maintain the previous one because virtually everything I enter doesn't go through . I tried creating another account but I'm told I have an account already so I should go back to it but I can't use that either , what at all is going on, please do something

I think there's something wrong wit the app. It keeps telling me wrong registration number/PIN anytime I enter it. I'm not able to log in to my account. Kindly check it up and fix it. Nonetheless I think this will be a great app. Thanks.
