Decent app. It has some flaws in the application and in service too but overall service the company provides is great. And the UI is not top notch, but I am a old user of this (different mail id), I see the changes from the first, The company is trying to provide a quality service. So I request you guys to check out the app. And I referred my friends and family. Finally you won't regret if you use this service.

I book early and well before scheduled time for engagement, yet these guys do not honour your booking. They cancel at the last hour in favour of a booking which is secured at an extra cost. Better to try and use other apps or paid taxis. You cannot rely on EZDrive or their customer support for any help. Mind you and be cautious. I recommend staying away from this company and its apps and services.

Very poor experience. I made a request 4 hours in advance still they updated me very lastinute that they don't have a driver. This is not the first time nor I am first my area to experience this. My suggestion is to clearly mention that they can't serve certain area so that we can plan accordingly. In that matter driveu is much better. I strongly recommend that to all.
